Why do I need to tell AI no, shouldn't it be asking me?

I've missed round 2, but just got my notification that I have to go tag 200 odd images if I dont want AI to use them without my permission? Madness, thats a couple of hours work, just give me a whole portfolio yes or no. Sorry to spam the kind folks who follow me with AI posts though - I appreciate you:)
